Products

Solutions for alcoholic drinks

Whether a complete plant, a skid or the upgrade of an existing plant, INOXPA can provide solutions for most processes when producing wine, beer and other alcoholic drinks, such as brandy, whisky, fruit liqueurs, hard seltzers, cider and mead.

INOXPA looks after every process phase, from raw material storage to the end product, including mixing processes, heat treatment, dosing, maceration and fermentation. Furthermore, including high levels of automation means we can manage flows and pumping processes of raw materials, intermediate and end products, and the cleaning process for the entire installation.

ATEX certified equipment and components are required for high-proof alcoholic drink processes. INOXPA has ATEX certification for most components and can certify any equipment or installation in accordance with ATEX directive 2014/34/EU, whether category 3 GD or category 2 GD is required.

Solutions for soft drinks and juices

Soft drinks and juices contain large amounts of sugar. In addition to solutions for liquids, INOXPA offers comprehensive solutions for storage, handling and dosing of solids. From silo manufacturing for storing raw materials like sugar and flour, through to the pneumatic transportation, sieving and precise dosing of these solids. Dosing may involve large amounts of solids, minority ingredients or the dosing of micro ingredients.

These products often contain small amounts of thickeners that act as stabilisers. INOXPA has mixing components and skids for adding, mixing and dissolving these products, which prevent clumping and produce perfectly homogeneous products.

In addition to this equipment, INOXPA offer CIP systems and their installation, automation and start-up.
